HMS offers training to insurers, self-insureds, TPA’s , union officials and attorneys, everyone involved in the administration of workers compensation claims, in the preparation for and proper participation in mediation, both private mediation and mandatory mediation before the Workers Compensation Judge.

Now that workers compensation mediation is mandatory in Pennsylvania claims administrators must be prepared to mediate early on in the process and are expected to be available to the WCJ during the mediation to participate in the process.
