William J. Hall, J.D., is a former Workers Compensation Judge (WCJ), practicing attorney and trained mediator. Mr. Hall served as a WCJ for over 15 years and has over 23 years experience in workers compensation matters. While a WCJ, he initiated many innovative case management techniques and was a pioneer in the mediation of workers compensation cases. As a practicing attorney he has represented both injured workers and employers. He has spent his entire professional career in the adjudication and resolution of workers compensation disputes. Mr. Hall is a graduate of the University of Scranton, magna cum laude, and The Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Hall is the founder, owner and primary mediator for Hall Mediation Services. |
