- Safe - The only resolutions are those agreed to by the parties. The Mediator will never impose a resolution on a party.
- Fast - Private Mediations can be scheduled promptly, normally within two to four weeks.
- Economical - The cost of a private mediation is approximately the cost of a week or two of compensation benefits and normally pays for itself by the time and expense saved waiting for a "free" manadatory mediation with the state.
