Private Workers Compensation Mediations are billed at a cost of $500.00 for up to a two hour session. Additional time, if any is billed at the rate of $250.00 per hour. Most Mediations sessions are concluded within two hours.
While our standard mediation agreement provides for each party to equally share in the cost of mediation, the parties are free to modify the agreement as to which party will pay for mediation. Usually it is paid as a cost of litigation.
Special pricing is available for multiple mediations scheduled for the same day. A daily rate of $2,000.00 is available for up to six (6) mediations scheduled for the same day.
Mediations are conducted at the Hall Law & Mediation Center in Dunmore, Pennsylvania or at any other mutually convenient location. There is not any charge for travel time in the eastern part of Pennsylvania. Travel west of Harrisburg is charged at a negotiable rate.
